How Can You be Involved in the Work
of the Brensingers and the
International Brethren in Christ Association?
The establishment of the International Pastor/Teacher position and the appointment of Terry Brensinger to fill this role involved a significant step of faith on the part of both the International Brethren in Christ Association and the Brensingers. In fact, in the absence of financial resources, the idea of such a position remained little more than a passing dream until The Meeting House in Oakville, Ontario, offered seed money to get things started. As it now stands, the Brensingers need to raise approximately 50% of their support as well as travel costs and expenses related to their work. Here is how you can help:
· Pray that God would bless the ministry of the International Brethren in Christ Association in general and the Brensingers in particular.
· Share the mission of the Association and the Brensingers with others in your congregation and beyond.
· Support the ministry of the Association and the Brensingers by contributing financially to the work.
Importantly, any funds given in excess of the Brensingers’ needs will go to further the various ministries of the Association, including
- sponsoring pastors from various countries outside of North America to participate in study trips to the Holy Land;
- producing and distributing pastoral training materials where needed;
- purchasing books and other resources for pastors and church leaders overseas; and
- offering spiritual retreats for people in ministry.
